Calling Three Hong Kong’s Customer Service

3′s hot line number for 3G service is 31623333. 8 in the main menu is the default key to connect to the customer service manager, but I always get “Sorry, there is error in you input, please input again.” After some tries, I find out the quick way to the customer service:

Main menu ->

Press 6 (Service Application & Value-Added Service Inquiry) ->

Press 1 (Services application.) ->

Press 5 (The other services application.)

You will get the message “Please wait for a while, our customer service manager will answer your call…”. Wait for a while and then you will get serviced :)
